movie night bar discount friendly staff

i enjoyed the movie night they offered. the bar discount was a nice perk. all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they really seem to care about the guests and their experience.

the tuk-tuk service cut off at 8pm, which i found inconvenient. it made staying out for dinner difficult as taxi drivers often got lost trying to find the location!

tepid coffee inattentive service

The coffee provided at breakfast tasted tepid. It came from a machine. the hot food also sat cold on my last day. the inconsistency detracted from the experience. also. I encountered an issue with the rooftop bar, i booked a table there one evening, the staff acted as though they were squeezing me in. But the bar was not busy at all. the service felt disproportionately attentive to other guests, i felt ignored.
